Inspiration



Just goes to show that inspiration can be found in the simplest of forms [...]

Something as simple as the markings made from the bottom of someone's shoe can make interesting patterns that could be used as a basis to inspire interesting vector images. I took these pictures of the front step leading to the Art College. I think that looking for inspiration on the web to create web design is always a bad idea, how can we possbily create interesting new designs if we are looking at dated sites? For this reason I always keep a look out for different sources for inspiration.

good idea, and great thing is no mobile phones have cameras built in em so dont need to carry around your camera seperatly

Yes I agree, I am always taking pictures of things that inspire me. I have even taken shots of bird poo before now.

Good point about the mobile phone, however I use a mac and don't have a bluetooth phone, so i'll just have to stick to the camera, plus it's better quality too (that's my excuse anyway).
